Join us for a Lunch & History Tour with General George Washington and Martha Washington. Experience an interactive journey into Revolutionary Perth Amboy through live historical interpretation, lunch, and a guided trolley tour of the city's historic landmarks.

Tour Description

Enjoy an American Revolution-themed lunch, hear the love story of George and Martha Washington, and then hop on the trolley for a guided tour of historic Perth Amboy.

A fun and interactive journey into Revolutionary Perth Amboy.

Tour Stops Include

• Perth Amboy City Hall and the Liberty Bell at Market Street Circle
• The Ferry Slip
• St. Peter’s Church, including discussion of its connection to the American Revolution
• The Proprietary House, the residence of New Jersey’s last Royal Governor

Following the tour, participants will return to the library to conclude the program.
