The City of Perth Amboy, in collaboration with the Perth Amboy Free Public Library and the Recreation Department, is thrilled to announce the eagerly awaited 3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration, scheduled for Saturday, September 30, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Perth Amboy Free Public Library parking lot.
